The "current" PC, Xbox One, and PS4 versions of NBA 2K21 came out in September, which surprised me a bit, but the "from scratch" PS5 and Xbox series X/S versions of this game were launched. The next iteration is not only a simple visual modification, but also improved gameplay and added many new features and 2K21 MT.

Obviously, just because the next generation of NBA 2K21 is different does not necessarily mean it will be better. Traditionally, sports franchises have faltered when switching to a new console. So, will the PS5 and Xbox String X/S versions of NBA 2K21 maintain the dynasty of the show, or will it have to be rebuilt? Tie your shoes, it's time to play...

The NBA 2K series of games has not changed its core gameplay in major aspects for some time. Obviously, every new sport will rebalance and adapt to certain mechanisms, but these changes are usually very evolutionary. The next generation of NBA 2K21 changed this. Does the game look better? It feels completely different. What a surprising change. Visual Concepts, the developer of NBA 2K, has been committed to solving this problem for decades, but the truth is that the gameplay of the series always has a sense of noble finishing. It's gone now. The NBA feels agile, smooth and realistic on the console.

Players must step on their toes when performing actions. Pointer and guard stand up and get rid of the paint in a reasonable way. The feeling of dribbling and passing is easier to predict and control by participants. I especially like the new "top pass" mechanism-use the "Triangle/Y" button to pass to one of your players and they will start to break through the basket until they even grab the basket. This seems to be a secondary issue, but in general, they will bring a more pleasant experience. The next-generation NBA 2K21 event is realistic, but has all the fluency of the old arcade b-ball game.

The next generation of NBA 2K21 also directly solves some of the problems in the current version of the game. When shooting PS4/Xbox One, it was like falling into hell, but fortunately, sinking the bezel is less painful now. The picky Pro-Stick shooting can indeed be restored, but now you can use traditional time-based shooting without any penalty. The irony is that this version of NBA 2K21 is indeed simpler than the latest work in the series, and some experienced veterinarians may complain, but I am not troubled at all. I'm not really playing these games to hone the perfect MyPlayer, so as long as I introduce the game correctly, it is undeniable. I will not complain that victory is easier than before. Basically, sports games should be fantasies of power, right?

The excellent visual transformation further enhances the update action of NBA 2K21. Arenas looked great, there were more active and honorable individuals (remember?), the players looked great, every bead of hair, sweat and wrinkles was recorded. Well, at least these big stars look incredible. not that much. Some seem to be copied and pasted directly from contemporary. The use of HDR may be a bit heavy, making the appearance of NBA 2K21 a bit rough and not necessarily matching the actual basketball broadcast. Don't get me wrong, this is a very cute baseball game, but maybe you can change your expectations with just one click.

MyCareer is a copy copied from the current game and has the same movie prologue, even though the display method has been greatly improved. He is a talented ballerina. He worked hard to realize his father's legend, but the legendary college player never entered the NBA in some way. We have seen the narrative of "people who dazzled them entering the NBA" earlier, but this is indeed the company's support for this particular statement. If you have already played the prologue on PS4 or Xbox One, it's actually not worth buy NBA 2K21 MT Coins again, but you can skip the entire NBA season if you want.
